Data Processing Summary
Roles
The customer determines which authorized business records are uploaded and why. Phantom Ledger processes those records to provide the requested service, subject to the customer’s instructions and the service terms.
Processing
Operations include validation, extraction, matching, scoring, report generation, secure storage, deletion handling, support, billing, fraud prevention, and audit logging.
Confidentiality and security
Access is limited by role and tenant. Production deployments require private object storage, HTTPS, production secrets, and configured service credentials.
Deletion and return
Authenticated users may request deletion of job files. Reports and source objects are removed through the documented workflow while limited records may remain for security, fraud prevention, billing, disputes, or legal obligations.
International and legal review
Customers must assess any industry-specific or jurisdiction-specific requirements. This summary is an operational product document and does not replace a signed data processing agreement or qualified counsel.
