Authorized business use only

Customers may upload only records they are authorized to process for legitimate audit, reconciliation, contract, payment, or recovery work.

Prohibited use

Do not upload unrelated consumer records, illegal content, credentials, malware, protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, or data whose processing is prohibited by contract or law.

No automated harassment or false claims

Users must not use outputs to threaten, deceive, spam, or knowingly submit unsupported recovery demands. Human review is mandatory.

Enforcement

Access may be limited or suspended to protect customers, counterparties, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
